Last fall we planted 30 varieties of hardneck and softneck garlic for our summer 2018 harvest. We intend to get this crop of organic heirloom garlic from our field to your plate in whatever ways are most convenient for you! To do this, we need your input.

Our farm season includes green garlic, scapes, fresh wet bulbs, and cured bulbs. In time we hope to develop and include some value-added products as well. (Garlic cookies, anyone? No? Maybe garlic powder?) Here's our lineup:
